Sudheera built his early career as an accountant in Sri Lanka’s printing industry, spending two decades there before his real passions — hospitality, travel, and connecting with people from around the world — found their outlet at Rekawa Wellness Resort, a project led by his brother Sam.
As Managing Director, Sudheera has been involved since the resort’s earliest days, steering it through every stage of development. He now splits his time between his business interests in Colombo, his family, and life at the resort, where he takes personal pride in welcoming each guest.
