All wellness programmes, treatments, yoga sessions, and activities are undertaken at your own risk. You are responsible for assessing your own health and fitness to participate.

Medical disclosure
You must inform us at the time of booking of any pre-existing medical conditions, treatments, surgeries, allergies, or intolerances. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in you being unable to participate in some or all activities, without entitlement to a refund.

Not a substitute for medical advice Our wellness and Ayurvedic programmes are designed to support general health and wellbeing. They are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. Guests with serious health conditions should consult their own doctor before booking.

Programme changes
We reserve the right to modify any element of a wellness programme for operational, clinical, or safety reasons. We will notify guests of material changes as soon as possible.

Minimum Age
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not accept bookings for guests under the age of 18 without prior written agreement.

Transfers and Transport
Airport and local transfers arranged by Rekawa Wellness Resort are provided by third-party drivers and are undertaken entirely at your own risk. We accept no liability for delays, loss, or damage arising from third-party transport arrangements.

Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Breath of Life Lanka Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or your stay at Rekawa Wellness Resort, including:

– Loss of or damage to personal property
– Personal injury arising from participation in wellness activities
– Medical conditions arising before, during, or after your stay
– Losses arising from third-party transport or service providers
– Losses arising from force majeure events

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

All guests are strongly advised to hold comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss of property.
